What to expect at Calvary Auburn

It’s been said that every ministry has its own unique thumbprint. If you have visited various churches, you know this to be true. Our desire is that through this web site you will gain a sense of our heart and vision, as well as become familiar with the various ministries that take place within our church body.

Teaching

We teach the Word of God, verse by verse, with a strong emphasis on how to apply the truths to our daily lives. We believe that the Bible holds the answers to life, and as we study it, we experience its life-changing power.

Worship

We believe that loving and worshiping God is the highest purpose of man. Therefore, we are committed to providing an environment of musical excellence where your worship can be:

Vertical: making God the receiver and us the givers.

Personal: your own personal expression of love and adoration to the one who loved you and gave Himself for you.

Passionate: worship that flows out of a deep yearning to be in the presence of God.

What’s available for my children?

No matter how old or young your son or daughter is, Calvary Auburn offers a number of safe, fun, and Christ-centered ministries for them to become involved in.

What to Wear/What to Bring

Attire: We’re a casual congregation. Feel free to wear whatever you would like, as long as it is modest.

Bring your Bible and a pen. As we study through the Word, you may want to take some notes. If you forget your Bible, we can loan you one. If you are in need of a Bible, we will gladly give you one.

Bring an open heart. Come expecting to hear God’s voice and learn something about Him, and yourself!

Bring a friend. We encourage you to bring a guest to service. God calls us to share our faith; you never know the impact you can make on someone’s life by a simple invitation.

Parking

We have plenty of parking!

Resources

After the service, join us in our foyer and cafe/ bookstore, for a leisurely time of fellowship; food; and fun. The pastors are available at the front of the church after service and in our prayer room.
